No-Sew Pin Cushion

Hello everyone!  I've been away from cooking for a while, and it's because Veggie Girl and I recently started taking sewing classes.  I got so excited with this new adventure that I could have bought a Jo-Ann's store for myself.  Gladly, I came back to my senses and quickly realized that I don't need to buy everything, when I could make one myself.

And so, I bring you the no-sew pin cushion.  Hey, anywhere I could pinch a penny, I would like to share it with you guys.

What You Need:

a pair of old socks (yes, that's it!)

Procedure:

Flip one sock inside out, so the wrong side shows on the outside.  The top sock is on its right side and the bottom sock is flipped inside out.
Place the right side sock on top of the "flipped out" sock.  Make sure they line up evenly at the toes, heels, and  cuff.

Starting at the toes, roll up the sock tightly all the way to the cuff.

When you get to the end, you will notice that the wrong side of the cuff is showing.  Grab it at  the opening and flip it around to envelop the entire sock ball.

The entire sock ball is now inside and the right side of the cuff is now showing on the outside.

And voila!  A quick and easy, no-sew, no-cost pin cushion.  -GG-
